CAL is officilly on hold for the season. There has been no real news other than the FACT that Derek's HAX are to blame. Aparently when he tried to boot ACS at the start of our latest match it sent a shockwave of Hax protons throughout the system corrupting the whole League. Until they can get their stuff cleaned, which knowing Derek, might tak a while, all matches are on hold. They may even reboot the whole season at a later date.

Actually they were acquired by another company and are sorting things out. But my story is better. CAL-FAIL!!!

Week 1 was cpl_fire. The other team showed up with 4 players and the match started about a half hour late. We played them well and beasted our way through the first half 11-4 with Derek-ness leading the way in frags.

The second half they played a bit more solidly but we were still able to overcome them in the end with a final score of 16-8 (though CAL says 16-7). So we WON!!!

Unfortunately they decided to roll the dice and dispute the match, which is a real jackass thing to do considering you only had 4 to show and your team only has 5 members and may be deactivated after this week if you don't pick up a 6th. They said one of our members was hacking and seeing as he forgot to demo (it happens) we couldn't show he was not. So we got a forfeit loss and a lesson to us ALL,

**The FN team had a forfeit win as the other team didn't show.

Next map is Dust2!!! This should be fun!
